Jennifer has worked in the hospitality and meeting industry for over 16 years - the last seven of those years at TRIAD Conferences.
As owner and founder, Jennifer started TRIAD Conferences with a passion for delivering outstanding conferences and events, and a
commitment to stay focused on client success. Starting with a small number of clients, Jennifer was determined to create lasting
partnerships between TRIAD Conferences and the clients they serve - partnerships that continue - as three of their four original
clients continue to choose TRIAD today. Over the past seven years, TRIAD's growth has been managed as an outcome of their clients'
success. Jennifer hires the best talent available in the industry and the original TRIAD team of four is now a team of 25 full
time employees and 18 part time.
Jennifer continues to lead TRIAD Conferences and is actively involved in new business initiatives as well as the strategic planning
and implementation of events, trade shows and conferences for current TRIAD clients. TRIAD has members in Meeting Professionals
International; Jennifer was named 2003 Leader of the Year and is also an active member in Vistage, the worlds largest CEO membership
organization; and is regularly a featured speaker at industry events.
She values participation in organizations to help her team grow both professionally and personally. TRIAD is active and involved in
MPI, ISES, Event Marketing, ASAE, and ASTD.
Jennifer also prioritizes continuing learning for herself and her team as well as giving back to the community. Everyone at TRIAD
is first aid and CPR certified and has also completed training of 7 Habits. TRIAD Conferences provides conference and event planning
services at no charge to selected charities each year.
