Chan has worked in nearly all facets of the film/video/event production industry for over 20 years. Among the awards and recognition Chan has received are; Best Director at the International Monitor Awards, Gold Awards from the New York International Festivals, First Place at the Columbus International Film Festival, over 20 Telly Awards and Best of Show at the Omni Awards. A music video Chan directed is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Broadcasting in New York.
A past President and current board member of the Minnesota Film and Television Board, he was a founding member of the board of directors for the Children’s Music and Arts Foundation and serves on the Professional Advisory Committee for the School of Communications of Northwest Missouri State University.
Chan is responsible for production and creative of visual media at TRIAD.
